Erasmus+ youth project · 2026–2027
Build your first AI agent. For your community.
One-day hackathons in Senigallia, Camerino and Münster for young people aged 16–29. No coding experience needed — just curiosity and a problem worth solving.
Two agents, one change
The change lives in the overlap.
Our name has a double meaning. There is the AI agent you build — and there is you, the young person who decides what it should do and for whom.
You. Your ideas, your neighbourhood, your questions about what technology should be for.
The agent. A digital tool that talks, answers and takes on tasks — from a simple chatbot to a helper app.
The change. What neither could make alone: a working prototype that answers a real community need.

The hackathon day
Identify. Build. Present.
One day, a team of 3–4 people, a mentor at your side. You leave with an agent that works — and the confidence that you can shape technology instead of just using it.
Identify
Start from real needs collected in interviews with young people and local organisations, and turn them into a clear challenge.
Build
Prototype your agent with no-code tools. Mentors help you with prompts, data and testing — no programming background required.
Present
Pitch your agent to local stakeholders. Every idea gets an ethics and sustainability check: who benefits, what data, what impact?
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is a digital tool that can perform tasks, interact with people and generate answers based on data and prompts. Think of a chatbot that helps neighbours share tools, or a helper that points young people to local volunteering.
The journey
Ten months, four steps
We listen first, design together, then build in three cities — and share everything openly so others can do the same.
